Howard Home Realty was founded in 2020 by Cathy Howard, a Texas agent whose career began at Century 21 in Katy in 1986. Cathy built the firm's builder relationships from the ground up — she is the brokerage's lead-generation engine and the primary builder-side contact for the new-construction communities HHR serves across southeast Texas.
The firm launched under the sponsorship of broker Lee Brooks, and in 2025 Lindsay Howard purchased the brokerage and became its Broker of Record — carrying forward the client relationships and builder partnerships Cathy had spent decades building. Lindsay holds a Texas Real Estate Broker license (#604696) along with the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Real Estate Negotiations Expert (RENE) designations. She runs the firm's back-office operations, transaction coordination, and agent training — the scaffolding that lets HHR close cleanly and grow deliberately.
HHR's core focus is new construction with builders and buyers, plus resales in acreage, lakeside, golf-course, sub-division, and urban communities. The firm is active across Texas with a special focus on Harris, Walker, Polk, Montgomery, Fort Bend, Trinity, San Jacinto, and Liberty counties. That long-horizon approach to working with buyers, sometimes spanning months from first conversation to closing, is why HHR calls itself a firm of Relationship Builders.
