Cathy Howard has been selling Texas real estate since 1986, when she joined Century 21 in Katy. She went on to serve the North and West Houston markets with RE/MAX, moved to Montgomery County in 1995, and ran her own firm — Real Estate Services of America — through 2002. Along the way she developed and operated Park On The Lake RV Park on Lake Conroe, which is why she knows the rules, regulations, and permitting around the lake and the county better than just about anyone.
In 2020 she founded Howard Home Realty, where she is the firm’s primary builder-side relationship and the engine behind its new-construction work.
