Lindsay Howard is Howard Home Realty’s Broker of Record. In 2025 she purchased the brokerage and took the helm of the firm her mother built — bringing with her a Texas Broker license and the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Real Estate Negotiations Expert (RENE) designations.
Lindsay runs the machinery that makes every HHR transaction close cleanly: contracts, inspections, appraisals, title, and transaction coordination from first signature to final walk-through. She manages the firm’s builder partnerships alongside Cathy and trains HHR’s agents in the same relationship-first approach the firm was founded on.
Clients work with Lindsay when they want a broker who explains the process upfront, stays personally involved, and treats a closing as the beginning of a relationship rather than the end of one.
